    The Tamtron Scalex Wild wheel impact load detector can be used for detecting issues such as wheel flats caused by blocked brakes, as well as wheel damage caused by material defects or steel fatigue that can compromise railway safety. Scalex Wild also acts as an extremely accurate train scale that weighs each axle, bogie and wagon and detects loading errors as well.

    This railway weighing system has been approved for commercial use according to the European directive.

    WHEEL IMPACT MEASURING IMPROVES SAFETY AND COST MANAGEMENT

    Scalex Wild detects wheel defects that can damage railway equipment or rails by monitoring the forces between rails and wheels. The measuring system improves safety, as equipment damage caused by dents and missing pieces can be avoided by stopping defective wagons before damage occurs. The railway network will stay in good condition as defective wheels can be prevented from damaging it, which also improves cost management. Wheel defects detected by Scalex Wild trigger an automatic alarm when pre-set alarm limits are exceeded. The measuring system indicates which wagon houses the wheel(s) that triggered the alarm. Error alarms are launched in accordance with the customer’s needs, e.g. with a sound signal or a text message. After the alarm, the traffic controller can take necessary measures to stop the train or reduce its speed in order to minimise the risks and damage. Different warning levels enable the traffic controller to react to each alarm appropriately.

     

    HIGHLY ACCURATE MEASURING RESULTS

    Scalex Wild has a very high measuring frequency. The system measures each wagon wheel for two complete revolutions, ensuring that the measuring result is reliable. This is necessary, as lateral movement of railway equipment affecting the measuring results cannot be avoided. Any alarms are launched based on the highest measured value.

The separate measurement instrument protects the software from viruses and other external risks.     מערכת שקילה Tamtron ANV מיועדת להתקנה על משאיות אשפה עם מנוף.

    התקנה על כל סוגי המנופים, כולל מנופים עם מסובב.

    למערכת אישור מסחרי שמאפשר חיוב לקוחות מיד עם האיסוף – קיצור זמן עבור לקוחות, שקיפות ויכולת בקרה מיידית.

    מתאים לכל סוגי פסולת ומיכלים כולל מיכלים מוטמנים עמוקים.

    • דיוק של עד 0.1%.
    • אישור לשקילה מסחרית.
    • אינטגרציה עם מחשב ומערכות הרכב.
    • זמן סוללה ארוך – 80 שעות.

    שליטה על המערכת בעזרת שלט רחוק ייעודי הופכת את התהליך לפשוט וקל, עם אפשרות להימצא פיזית במקום המתאים והבטוח ביותר בסביבת העבודה.

    תוצאות השקילות נשמרות בשלט רחוק, ומשם ניתן להעביר אותן בצורה אלחוטית להתקן אחר, כגון מחשב הרכב, ולמערכת ניהול מידע מרכזית.

     

    מערכת מידע

    ניתן להעביר את תוצאות השקילה בשתי צורות – שמירה בשלט רחוק בלבד או, בנוסף, להעביר את המידע בצורה אלחוטית למקלט המותקן בתא הנהג, ומשם לכל מקום וכל מערכת מידע שיוחלט עליה.

    סנכרון מידע עם מערכת בקרה ושליטה מרכזית מאפשר בפרט הוצאה מיידית של חשבונית, יכולת שליטה טובה יותר על לו"ז משאית אשפה, ובסך הכל הופך את התהליך לשקוף, עקיב וזורם.

    ]]>     שקילת מטען מדויקת וניהול שקילות לשיפור תהליכי עבודה

    מערכת שקילה Scalift מיועדת לכל סוגי מלגזות מכל יצרן.

    שקילה מתבצעת תוך כדי העמסה והיא מהירה ומדויקת, חוסכת זמן ומנהלת בשבילך יומן שקילות.

    את נתוני השקילות ניתן להדפיס או להעביר בצורה אלחוטית.

     

    טיפול יעיל במטען

    טכנלוגיה של Scalift 100 מספקת תוצאות שקילה מדויקות. במערכת מוטמעים רכיבים מוקשחים המיועדים לתנאי עבודה קשים.

    מפעיל המלגזה מעמיס בצורה רגילה ושקילה מתבצעת ע"י לחיצה על כפתור יחיד. מיד לאחר מכן המטען מונמך קלות ותוצאת השקילה מופיעה על הצג ונשמרת במקביל ביומם שקילות. במקרה של עומס יתר תתקבל התרעה מיידית.

    מערכת Scalift 200 מציגה רמה חדשה של יכולות – חיישניה מודדים ומשכללים לחץ הידראולי, גובה ותאוצה של שיניי המלגזה תוך כדי העלאה והורדה, ובכך מגיעים לרמות דיוק של ±0.1%!

    בצורה זו מנוטרלת השפעת חיכוך של מתקן הרמה הידראולי של המלגזה, אי-לינאריות ומיקום המטען על השיניים. בנוסף, מד זוית דו צירי מבטיח שקילה ללא השפעה של שיפוע המשטח עליו נמצאת המלגזה או הטיה של שיניי המלגזה.
